What is emoze:

5 Motivasi kerja yang membuat orang Jepang Sukses

Kita tahu jepang menjadi salah negara sukses di asia dan dunia. Pada artikel kali ini saya akan membahas motivasi kerja apa saja sih yang membuat kebanyakan orang disana sukses. Mungkin banyak faktor yang membuat semua itu terjadi.
Tapi saya yakin motivasi dibawah inilah, yang membuat kebanyakan masyarakat jepang hidup makmur seperti sekarang ini :
1. Kerja Keras
Tentu ini motivasi yang patus kita contoh! Sama seperti kebanyakan orang-orang di Asia Timur. Mereka menjadi pekerja keras dalam hidupnya.
Kata mutiara motivasi : Di dunia ini tidak ada yang namanya kegagalan, yang ada adalah kita kurang bekerja keras.
2. Pantang Menyerah
Masyarakat jepang untuk ini benar-benar membuktikannya. Dulu mereka setelah porak-poranda akbiat perang dunia ke II. Hanya membutuhkan waktu tidak lama untuk menjadi salah satu pusat ekonomi dunia.
Pesan Motivasi : Menyerahlah jika peluang benar-benar sudah habis. Tapi selagi masih ada satu harapan, Raihlah dengan kerja keras dan anda pasti SUKSES.
